I blocked his IP address at the server level about 15 mintuies ago, and he has tried to access my site 5 times since being blocked. At least now, I don't have to waste my time deleting all the comments. In the long run, he's only hurting his own credibility as it's pretty pathetic that someone who has a blog talking about SEO techniques would actually resort to blog spamming.
